About Me

From a very young age, I've been drawn to the complexities of human behavior, which led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in Buenos Aires, followed by a Master's degree in General Psychology with a focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy in Barcelona.

After gaining valuable experience in various roles within Human Resources supporting scaling software organizations, I felt a strong calling to expand my skill set and make a direct and transformative impact on people's lives. Motivated by this, I pursued additional education in Coaching with the renowned Co-Active Training Institute and obtained the ACC level of the International Coaching Federation. My approach to coaching is human-centered, pragmatic, and ultimately results-driven.

On a personal level, I lived in 3 countries, Argentina, where I was born, Spain, where I started my career, and Switzerland, my current home. My native language is Spanish, and I'm also fluent in English.

My life’s story is about embracing challenges, learning, and evolving, while building meaningful relationships. This foundation fuels my purpose of helping others grow and create more fulfilling careers and lives.

Listen to My Approach to Coaching

I walk alongside everyday heroes as they navigate the complexities of work and life.

My mentor-coach, Joshua Steinfeldt, MAPP, PCC has deeply influenced my ability to hold space for others as they tap into their inner courage, resilience and hope.

We recently had a conversation about it, which I’d love to invite you to listen to.
